My Top 10 Favorite | Romantic Taiwanese Drama. Hi drama lovers. Let's give some leisure time watching dramas this end of the year. Yeah or Nah? 😎😎 Apart from Korean drama that I love so much, I also watch other Asian drama too. Lakorn Thai and Taiwanese drama are also in my list. Maybe tak banyak, but ada jugak few collection. So untuk hari ni, just wanna list some of my favourite Taiwanese drama that I watched and you might wanna consider watching them too. And love them too. 😘

Yeah, just you Aaron Yan. You may said that I am a fan of him. I have fall in love with his charismatic personality in this drama. What could be better than a young, successful and handsome CEO.

Synopsis:
Qi Yi is a boss from hell. He is worst than a control freaking dictator. He is the saboteur of office romances. Cheng Liang Liang was tasked by her coworkers to break down the boss's defense and have him lift the anti-office-romance rule.

Another Aaron Yan drama that you might wanna watch. One person with two character is here. Love the bad boy version, Lu Tuan Xing. And fall in love with the cuteness and kindness of Xiao Lu.

Synopsis:
Lu Tian Xing (Aaron Yan) is a prodigy in Asia’s advertising field. Rich, famous, and highly successful, he suddenly announces during a press conference that he will be taking a three-month break from the advertising life. With a simple disguise, he transforms himself into “Xiao Lu.” Enter Tao Le Si (Tia Li), a young woman who promised her late brother to protect his advertisement agency and his legacy. Unfortunately, business never picks up and Le Si had to battle with Tian Xing to stop her company from being sold. When Xiao Lu enters her office doors, Le Si initially thinks that he’s Tian Xing, but the two men’s personalities are complete opposites. Le Si finds herself drawn to Xiao Lu’s warm temperament, but will their love last once she discovers the truth of his identity?

This is an old drama you might wanna give it a try too. Kinda adorable especially the cute child. Once in a while watching the amnesia-like hero is acceptable right. Hehe. What I learn from this drama is, first love can't be break easily. The heart always remember even when you loss the memory. Hoho. 

Synopsis:
Ren Guang Xi, a cocky law student, seems to lead the perfect life. He's the sole successor to a huge and famous business and a talented ice hockey player. But in reality, his lonely life lacks joy, laughter and motivation. That is until he meets Liang Mu Cheng, the new bento seller at his school canteen. Although orphaned at a young age, Mu Cheng does not let her past affect her and lives life with great passion and determination. A harmless bet brings the two together and Guang Xi slowly changes as Mu Cheng teaches him how to give and love. Tragedy strikes when Guang Xi suddenly has to go through a major brain surgery which causes him to lose his memory. His mother begs Mu Cheng to leave him and the latter has no choice but to do so. Little does she know that she already has Guang Xi's child.

Six years pass. Mu Cheng lives a quiet life with her young son in the countryside while Guang Xi is now a successful lawyer and is engaged to He Yi Qian, the kind and beautiful doctor who took care of him after his surgery. A strangely familiar piano piece stirs Guang Xi's heart as he struggles to recall his past romance with Mu Cheng. How will the couple make up for six years of lost time? Happiness, which stop do I alight at?

Gender bending drama's here. If you love a real romantic and gender bending drama, this is one of my best suggestion. Really love the chemistry between the lead cast. 

Synopsis:
Pi Ya Nuo (Megan Lai) had an inauspicious start to her life, and awaits her 26th birthday. When she was born 25 years ago, her parents and extended family and their fortune teller, eagerly awaited her arrival in the delivery room so that they could bless the beginning of the Pi family's heir.

Upon hearing her first cry, the fortune teller predicted on the spot that the baby boy would grow up to be a great success and a natural-born leader. But when the nurses announced that the baby was a girl, the stunned fortune teller immediately announced that the girl would not survive her childhood unless she lived as a boy for the first 25 years of her life. Only then could Ya Nuo change her bad fate and bring prosperity to her family.

On her 26th birthday, Ya Nuo could go back to her true gender without any repercussions. Doomed to live her life as a boy, Ya Nuo was shy and always tried to keep her distance to people to hide her true identity, and the mysterious aloofness made her irresistible to the girls around her. One day, she accidentally helped out Du Zi Feng (Baron Chen), who happened to be a triad leader, and his sister, Du Zi Han (Mandy Tao). While Zi Han fell in love with Ya Nuo, Zi Feng became Ya Nuo's "sworn brother" and best friend. With her 26th birthday fast approaching, will Ya Nuo find her much-anticipated return to being a female will be as easy as she had hoped

Another drama that related to your taste buds? Yes, Love Cuisine. Love Cuisine literally "Cuisine High School Students" is a 2015 Taiwanese romance, comedy drama television series. I like this drama for its romance/comedy series that are light, fun and simple with a cooking theme. Highly recommended. 

Synopsis:
Things get hot in the kitchen when Oscar Han (Lego Li), a lively young chef, starts mixing up trouble under the nose of disciplined Chef Fang Xiao Rou (Allison Lin). But as these complete opposites struggle to create mesmerizing meals, they eventually discover that cooking with gas requires more than technical skills and bravado. In fact, romance just may be the secret ingredient Oscar and Xiao Rou have been searching for all along.

Someone Like You is a 2015 Taiwanese romantic-comedy melodrama television series produced by Sanlih E-Television, starring Kingone Wang and Lorene Ren. Love to watch this drama because, it is kinda rare to have a blind hero on drama. Struggling from a loss is hard enough, right. I also enjoy the happy-go-lucky character of Yu Xi.

Synopsis:
A man loses everything in one day in a tragic car accident. Fang Zhan Cheng (Kingone Wang) lost his fiancée, Liang Luo Han (Lorene Ren), but he also lost his own eyesight. Devastated by the loss of his fiancée, Zhan Cheng is inconsolable and even refuses a corneal transplant that could restore his vision. But his life takes an unexpected turn when Chen Yu Xi (Lorene Ren), who looks exactly like his fiancée, is hired to become Zhan Cheng’s day nurse. Another young woman, Xu Ya Ti (Nita Lei), receives Luo Han’s heart in a transplant and begins to exhibit many of Luo Han’s mannerisms and personality. Caught between a woman who looks exactly like his beloved dead fiancée and another woman who behaves just like her, what will Zhan Cheng do?

Devil Beside You is a 2005 Taiwanese drama starring Mike He, Rainie Yang and Kingone Wang. It is based on Japanese manga Akuma de Sourou, The Devil Does Exist (悪魔で候Akuma de Sōrō?), written by Mitsuba Takanashi.

This is also an old Taiwanese drama and my first Taiwanese drama that I watch long ago. Yeah, Mike Hee's fans here. If you like Mike Hee, you might wanna watch Why Why Love and Bull Fighting. Girls fall in love with bad boys quite a lot right. Siapa setuju? Hehe. Mike He and Raine Yang both are really a good combination. I can see the pain of being in love with someone you shouldn't have. A nice storyline too. The love between step siblings.

Synopsis Devil Beside You: 
After finally getting the courage to confess her feelings, Qi Yue was handing her love letter to Yuan Yi, but by a stroke of bad luck, he did not see and walked passed her. The person standing in front of her was the troublemaker of the school, infamously known for his devilish ways - Jiang Meng. The devil will get what he wants, and the object of his desire was Qi Yue. Although having a cruel exterior, Jiang Meng's heart is kind and caring, which truly touched Qi Yue. The big problem remained - Jiang Meng is the son of the man Qi Yue's mother is going to marry.

This is another romantic, emotional and sad drama I think. My tears keep flowing. I first watch this Taiwanese version and then watch the Korean version. l'm sorry, because I think I love the Korean version more. Apart from that, I really love the storyline. Well, yeah melodrama but the lead role really did a good job on this drama. I enjoy watching this drama. Coz I like cute and beautiful Qiao En (from Prince Turn to Frog), so I decided to watch this drama and list on my favourite. The storyline is tearing especially during the miscarriage time. Also love the character of Xin Yi from a sticky-note girl (always get bullied) into Elaine, a matured hardworking young lady.

Synopsis:
A really unfashionable working class girl Chen Xin Yi has the desire to tie down her handsome boyfriend to be with her. Due to certain reasons, her boyfriend gets her to go on a love cruise and she started to ponder on how to lose her virginity and tie down her boyfriend. Xin Yi ended up taking cold medicine which made her drowsy and went into Ji Cun Xi's room. Cun Xi is the sole male heir to his family's company and has been in love with his girlfriend, Anna, for a long time. He planned to propose to Anna on the boat but she didn't turn up on the cruise. An island owner added drugs into Cun Xi's drink and Cun Xi became disorientated and returned to his own room. Xin Yi and Cun Xi end up having a one night stand. Xin Yi later finds out that she's pregnant and Cun Xi's grandmother forces them to get married. Will a couple forced to marry for the sake of their unborn child find love with each other?

This is the remake version from Korean drama, You're Beautiful. If you love the romantic, musical, boy band and gender bending genre, you might wanna watch this drama. The handsome boy band ANJELL. Handsome Jiro. Hehe. How can I resist. I enjoy watching this drama even when I know what is the real ending will be. Yeah, the storyline is the same. If you like Korean drama You're Beautiful, you might love enjoy watching this drama too. I am a huge fan of the original Korean drama, so I enjoy watching this version as well. 

Synopsis:
A 2013 Taiwanese drama starring Lyan Cheng, Jiro Wang, Hwang In Deok, and Evan Yo. It is a remake of the South Korean drama You're Beautiful, which first aired in 2009.

The story revolves around a fictional boy band named A.N.JELL. The management company of the idol group A.N.JELL insisted on adding a new singer to the group as the lead vocal, Tai Jing's voice was hurting. However,the new member, Mei Nan, had to go to the States to repair a botched eye job just before signing the contract. His agent came up with the idea of having his twin sister, Gao Mei Nu a nun-in-training who has to pose as her twin brother and take his place in the group and to stand in for him. The two of them grew up in an orphanage and Mei Nu, who was all set to become a nun, agreed to this charade as she didn't want to spoil her brother's chance of fame which would make it easier to look for their mother.

Here is another romantic drama that come across my mind. Kind of like the storyline and the character of the lead role. One is hunting the true love and the other one doesn't believe in happy marriage. The storyline kind of a bit alike Korean drama that I love to watch, Marriage Not Dating.

Synopsis:
Opposites attract, but can a lasting relationship survive between two very different people? Cai Huan Zhen works in the tourism industry and is a top performer at her job. She is a meticulous planner and plans out every detail of her professional and personal life. She is a romantic and strives to find true love in every relationship. On the other hand, He Meng is a successful lawyer who specializes in helping his clients through messy divorces. He has never lost a case, but a side effect of his profession is that he doesn’t believe in a happy marriage. He wants to avoid the entanglements of marriage altogether in his personal life. Could romance survive with this unlikely couple?

So that are my all time top 10 favourite Taiwanese drama. There are lots and more drama to watch actually. Some might be your liking.
